Sales Cancellation and Return



  • Your orders will be delivered to you within 72 hours at the latest.
  • Your orders will be delivered between 09:00 and 22:00 every day of the week.
  • You can pay your orders in USD or Iraq Dinar.
  • You will be called by the courier before your orders arrived.
  • There is no gift package or note application.
  • Always open your order beside the courier, if the package content is missing or incorrect, never take delivery of the Cargo.
  • If you did not open the product in beside the courier and the products are defective or incomplete, you can call the Whatsapp return line with a detailed description of the situation and a few photos for the refund. The customer advisor will examine your request and will return as soon as possible.
  • You can only place orders via or mobile applications. You cannot order on the phone or via Whatsapp.
  • Shipping costs are nor included within your orders.


  • You can return the products you purchased for clothing and shoes, excluding underwear and socks, within 7 days with its invoice unconditionally. Howevee, the product sent to you should not be used, its label should not be torn or damaged.
  • How can you return it? You can initiate the return by clicking the return requests under My Account menu. After the return request, you will be called by customer service as soon as possible and the product you want to return will be taken from you and your money will be refunded at the door.
  • There is no change or return right for the products except clothing and shoes.
  • However, you can return your defective, defective and incorrect order.
  • Because of the limited stock of the products sold, we do not have a change process.
  • You pay half of the shipping fee for return processes.
